I don't get people being one way in one setting and another way in a different setting. I don't get things that seem contradictory. You either are or aren't. You either can or cannot. You either do or don't. You either were or weren't.

I try really hard to make sure that all sides of me show consistency.

My Mother side, my Friend side, my Church side, my Not so Church side. I try to swing in a happy continuum that stays steady and doesn't swing to wide. Like a pendulum that gently keeps pace vs swinging erratically from one side to the other knocking pins down.

I don't like extremes. On ANYTHING, I'm noticing. Steady. Dependable. That is good.

Too many people I know swing to the extremes, or erratically take their own pattern and go in circles, or corner to corner if they feel like it.

Nope. I think predictable has it's flaws for SURE, but as a general rule, it's smart, safe, and steady.

I LOVE my Job! But today I just want to walk away from my job. I know I am a TRUE Mom because I KNOW that after 24 hours of being away from the job, I would be desperate to have it back. But today, I just don't want it.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://opalprincess.blogspot.com/2011/08/i-love-my-job-but-i-want-to-quit.html' title='I LOVE my Job!
